Solar Vampires grew out of a series of figures painted in acrylic on wood, which "demanded" names and stories. The resulting cast of creatures (Zizko, Stan, Ördög, Empusa, Giuseppina) mixes fungal imagery, neon color, and dark humor with an undercurrent of climate anxiety and AI overload. The project takes the form of an ephemeral website, using short texts and verse to build a world of oddly likable beings.
